- Treats are for dogs only, not for human consumption.
- Review ingredients before purchase.
Orders & Payments
- Prices in USD, full payment required.
- We may refuse or cancel orders.
Shipping & Delivery
- Times vary, delays may occur outside our control.
Returns & Refunds
- Perishable goods are final sale.
- Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 7 days.
Events & Promotions
- By attending events, you consent to promotional use of photos/videos unless otherwise requested.
Intellectual Property
All content (logos, designs, text, images) is property of The Barking Spot LA.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for damages beyond the amount paid for the product/service.

Return and Refund Policy

At The Barking Spot LA, we take pride in providing fresh, high-quality dog treats. Because our products are perishable and made-to-order, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds.
1. Event & Point-of-Sale Purchases
- All items purchased on-site at events, markets, or pop-ups are considered final sale.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for treats purchased in person.
- If you believe you received the wrong item or your purchase was damaged at the time of sale, please bring it to our staff’s attention immediately so we can make it right on-site.
2. Custom Orders
- All custom orders must be pre-paid in full at the time of placement.
- Because these products are baked to order and often personalized, custom orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable once payment has been received.
- Please double-check all details (flavors, designs, personalization, pickup/delivery arrangements) before confirming your order.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- In the rare event that your custom order arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.
- We may offer a replacement, store credit, or other resolution at our discretion.
4. Exchanges
- For health and safety reasons, we do not allow exchanges of food products once they have left our possession.
